Get PAID^TM (Pay Attention – Identify Daily) is a structured decision-training system designed to help young people (ages 16–25) stop drifting and start designing their lives. It teaches identity awareness, critical thinking, discipline, and daily accountability not motivation or inspiration, but direction.

The system is designed for:

• Teachers (high school & college)

• Parents

• Mentors, coaches, and youth leaders

• Organizations working with young adults

Students who benefit most are those navigating identity, direction, career paths, and personal responsibility.

Get PAID^TM is not motivational speaking or character talks.

It is a decision-training framework that:

• Introduces a shared language adults and youth can use together

• Trains students to notice inputs, evaluate choices, and decide daily

• Builds self-governing humans, not dependent learners

“Teaching the Teachers” means educators, parents, and mentors are trained first, so they can confidently teach the system to students.

Instead of being passive attendees, participants:

• Experience the system themselves

• Teach each other during the training

• Leave prepared to duplicate the framework in their own environments

The Get PAID Painters’ Lab is an immersive weekend boot-camp experience where participants:

• Learn the full Get PAID^TM System

• Break into collaborative groups of five

• Teach, reflect, and co-create together

• Leave with clarity, confidence, and tools to implement immediately

It is limited to 35 participants to maintain depth, dialogue, and hands-on learning.

The system uses art and creation as a metaphor for life:

• Students are artists

• Their lives are the canvas

• Decisions are brushstrokes

• Identity sets the palette

Participants are not lectured to—they create, reflect, and build together.
